Catering

 

Our catering service brings a comfortable and unique dining experience to our clients without the confines of a conventional fine-dining restaurant. Each dining experience is ‘catered’ to your dining and dietary needs and built around the offerings of the season.  We design multi-course tasting menus, hors d’ouvres, lunches, desserts, plated dinners, and breads to suit the occasion. Our mobility allows us to create anything from small lunches at the office, to intimate or extravagant dinners for wedding events or at-home holiday parties.  Refined and innovative techniques are employed by our chef in order to capture the distinct flavors of each ingredient.

 

At Flavor Concepts our dishes contain only the freshest, quality ingredients. Our menus are not are filled with pre-fabricated and frozen ingredients. We have found that while a lot of restaurants have begun using fresh ingredients in their dishes, most caterers still use low quality, commercially produced food that can be purchased in bulk. At Flavor Concepts we ensure our ingredients are of the highest quality by purchasing directly from local farms around New England. When out-sourcing ingredients is necessary, we procure only the finest items from pureyors across the nation and world.

In addition to the first-class service you receive from our chefs in planning for your event, our contracted wait-staff during the event provides refined, attentive service while allowing clients to feel at ease.  We focus on learning our guests’ names, needs, and preferences, which ensures their quality and comfort.  Our staff is knowledgeable yet approachable and well versed in the areas of wine, menu ingredients, local farms and cooking techniques. We contract only qualified servers whom we have worked with in the past and feel extremely comfortable that they can provide the service we desire in delivering each experience.

We work very closely with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen to bring together New England’s ingredients in harmony.  We are proud of our community and the products it offers.  Our mission is to bring the taste of these ingredients to the table in their purest sense, altering merely texture and physical form while retaining original flavor.  We understand that dining is an emotional experience, and with culinary imagination we transport our guests to a place of excitement, wonder and happiness. Our menus and cuisine are playful yet refined, taking old classic combinations and putting a new twist on them.

 

Our cuisine is constantly evolving, moving with the rhythm of each season and the trends in the industry. We are always educating ourselves on cooking techniques, flavor combinations, heirloom products and service tips so that we can provide our recurring clients with constantly new and evolving experiences.
